WARRANT - KWPN - Oldenburg OS en OL (Numero Uno x Nimmerdor x Purioso)
Dark Bay - birth: 2003 - size: 172 cm
The stallion Warrant carries an excellent pedigree. His sire Numero Uno has proved to be a top progenitor of showjumpers time after time. Special hereditary characteristics can also be found on the dam?s side, NL damline no. 093. Karanta is no less than the dam of the famous international showjumper Oranta (Indorado) ridden by Angelique Hoorn and respectively Chris Kappler, Uranta ridden by David Quigley and Taranta ridden by Mathijs van Asten. Two offspring sired by Lux Z out of Karanta were both placed in the World Championships for young horses in Lanaken last year.
Additionally Karanta twice carries the performance blood of the stallion Farn via son and daughter. The damline goes directly back to a full sister of the stallions Spartaan and Staalmeester (Sinaeda). Out of this highly regarded sporting family also comes (amongst others) the influential sporting and stud stallion, Renville (Courville xx) as well as the international showjumpers Eurocommerce Geneve (Ahorn), Kalusha (Ulster), Benji (Formateur) and Interpol (Marco Polo).
Warrant scored high marks in his spring performance test with a 9.5 for his scope, an 8.5 for his natural ability as a showjumper, attitude and his canter. During the KWPN Stallion competition 2007/2008 Warrant and Maikel van der Vleuten were repeatedly to be found at the top of their class.
Warrant and henk van der Pol made a fantastic international debut; second in the vho-trophy, 2nd in Jumping Amsterdam, 2nd in the six-bars of Helsinki, and third in the six-bars of Drachten as well as two clear rounds in the worldcup qualifier of Poznan.
In 2011 Warrant prodcued the overal champion of the kwpn stallionshow as well as the winner of the performance test Durrant. Also in 2012 a son of Warrant made it to the championsring at the kwpn stallionshow.
